Natural Coconut Karimba Mbira Thumb Piano With Carved Elephants
This beautifully crafted Karimba (also known as a kalimba, Mbira or Thumb Piano) is hand made from half a coconut shell with a beautiful wooden face, with a hand-carved design of a trio of elephants. Metal keys are suspended above the acoustic chamber and when plucked with the fingers or thumbs make a delightfully rich sound. This gorgeous mbira is great for use as a decoration, and makes a great educational gift for children. NOTE: Because these are hand-carved, there may be slight differences in design from the one pictured.
